Since Spring of 2015, we have grown from a home that housed 6 men, to a larger home that houses up to 20 men.  As men leave the protection of the rehabilitation centers, our mission is to provide the men with as many resources as possible to successfully re-enter society and live a sober, Christ-centered life.

We offer life skill tutoring, job placement assistance, relapse prevention awareness classes, Celebrate Recovery meetings, financial stewardship classes, and Christ centered one-on-one discipleship.

In addition, we assist in enrollment into GED, trade schools, and other college courses.

We provide transportation to all court appearances, employment commitments, medical appointments and other obligations.

We work hand-in-hand with the criminal and family court systems to help the men meet their legal obligations and begin the family reunification process.

Our goal, after one year in the transition program, is for the men to be equipped with the skills necessary to live a successful, sober, Christ-centered life.

But now, this is what the Lord says—
    he who created you, Jacob,
    he who formed you, Israel:
“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you;
    I have summoned you by name; you are mine.
